We have FOUR beautiful luxurious fully furnished waterfront homes available for rental by the week or longer. All houses have wonderful water views from most rooms and the pool/lanai area. Our home on Barcelona Court features 5 bedrooms, including 2 king size suites complete with their own private baths. The house was completed in July 2001. Additional features are a screened in heated pool and an upgraded kitchen with Corian countertops.  Our Taylor Court homes are just steps away (5 houses away, actually) from the entry to Tigertail Beach.

Our newest, largest and most luxurious Marco Island house was just built (March 2006). Click the Taylor Court II picture for more details. The Taylor 2 house features 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, perfect for a large family. It is located a few steps away from Tigertail beach. In two minutes you can walk from the house to the beach.

The Taylor III house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms

All three Taylor Court houses are only steps away from Tigertail Beach..

Each house (except for the Taylor III house) features an east facing lanai which is ideally suited to sunny breakfasts by the pool, or comfortable shade for dining or just relaxing in the afternoon and evening. The Taylor III pool faces west. If you're lucky, maybe you'll even see dolphins or a manatee.

All houses are only minutes away from Marco Island's famous beaches. The warm Gulf of Mexico waters and beautiful white sands of Tigertail Beach and South Beach are perfect for water, sand and shelling activities.

Shops are conveniently located nearby, as are banks and a fully equipped outpatient health center. Nature and conservation centers are only minutes away, as well as a major outlet shopping mall.
